Root Bridge takes its name from the living root bridges of Northeast India. A root, by nature, grows downward, anchoring, stabilising, holding firm. But guided with intention, it can also reach outward, across rivers, across distance, carrying others forward. What strikes you first about these bridges is their strength. Bani Mahindroo Kumar is a leadership advisor and executive coach with over two decades of international experience across consulting, leadership advisory, and in-house talent roles in the US, Asia, Europe and the Middle East. She specializes in C-suite assessment, executive coaching, succession planning, and high-potential leader development.
Bani previously spent over a decade with boutique, US-based C-suite consulting firms, where she was part of leadership and culture transformation projects for global organisations while managing the firm's India practice. Known for her deep psychological insight and ability to build trusted relationships with senior leaders, she works with founders, corporations, and private equity firms navigating leadership and organizational change.
