Root Bridge takes its name from the living root bridges of Northeast India. A root, by nature, grows downward, anchoring, stabilising, holding firm. But guided with intention, it can also reach outward, across rivers, across distance, carrying others forward. What strikes you first about these bridges is their strength. Bani is an executive coach and certified psychometric assessor with over 20 years of experience with clients across the US, UK, Europe, the Middle East, and India, advising leaders across sectors and contexts.

She combines psychological depth with strong business judgement, specialising in executive assessment, succession planning, and leadership development grounded in data. Having built her foundation at GE Capital/Genpact and American Express, and spent over a decade with US-based leadership consulting firms advising global clients and building their India practice, she brings both an insider and advisor lens on what it takes to lead at scale. Known for her direct, trusted advisor style, she brings clarity, rigour, and edge to high-stakes leadership decisions- backed by a high-calibre team that understands leadership from both a business and behavioural lens.
