Chetan Roy brings over 30 years of experience in Global FinTech development, strategy, and leadership, with roles across the US, UK, APAC, and India. He specializes in executive coaching, organization design and strategy, leadership and management development, Tech and GCC advisory, and holistic well-being. He was the India Co-Head for Global Markets Technology at Bank of America, where he built organizations, mentored leaders, devised employee retention strategies, led campus recruiting, and enabled Learning & Development for Banking and Markets Technology. He was also part of the Mumbai Executive Leadership Team, helping build engagement and well-being programs for over 4,000 employees.

Chetan’s career spans leadership positions at organizations such as Bank of America, Morgan Stanley, Deutsche Bank, and Citigroup, where he held roles including Organization and Global Product Head, Program and Project Delivery Executive, and Enterprise Architect. Known for his strong leadership capabilities and deep understanding of finance and technology, he has mentored senior leaders across multiple firms. More recently, he coached and mentored the ISB MBA batch and advised financial services firms in APAC on business and technology strategy. With a multicultural family background and global work experience, Chetan brings a unique perspective on leadership, organizational transformation, and personal growth. He is also a practitioner of yoga and other spiritual disciplines, integrating elements of Indic wisdom into his leadership work.
