She specializes in executive coaching, C-suite assessment, succession planning, high-potential leader development, and large-scale culture and talent initiatives. She spent over a decade with The River Group (now part of Pearl Meyer), where she led complex leadership and culture transformation projects for global organizations, while also independently managing the firm’s India practice.
Her client portfolio spans founder-led ventures, multinationals, PE firms, non-profits, and startups across industries such as energy, healthcare, technology, retail, real estate, hospitality, and financial services. Bani is known for her strong psychological insight and ability to build deep, trusting relationships with senior leaders. Her consulting style is both relatable and impactful, making her a valued strategic partner to clients navigating leadership and organizational change. She now runs her own leadership advisory practice, Root Bridge, while continuing to collaborate with international consulting organizations.
